Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

Luggage Storage

You may leave your luggage in the room after 1:00 PM on the day of check-in. If cleaning is still in progress, please let us know. As we operate without on-site staff, we do not offer luggage storage after check-out. Coin lockers are available within a 10-minute walk (Kenrokuen Katsurazaka Entrance, Korinbo Atrio, etc.).

Parking

We do not have on-site parking. Please use nearby coin-operated parking lots. The road in front of the building is private, so driving or unloading luggage there is not allowed.

Bicycle Rental

We do not provide bicycles, but the city’ s rental service “Machinori” is available.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property and inside the building. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of ¥50,000 (tax excluded) will be charged.

Amenity

Bath towel / Face towel / Toothbrush / Shampoo, conditioner, body soap / Hairdryer Please note that there are no indoor robes provided.

Environmental Considerations

We use plant-based organic products for cleaning and laundry, with care for both your health and the environment. Please note that as the area is surrounded by nature, insects may appear depending on the season and weather.

Valuables

There is no safe in the room. Please manage your valuables yourself.

Laundry Service

We do not offer laundry service. However, Room 102 is equipped with a washer and dryer.

Cleaning Service

During your stay, cleaning and amenity restocking are not provided. For long-term stays, please contact us in advance.

Children & Safety

Children are welcome. Please note that the building is a renovated traditional townhouse with steep stairs—take care when moving around. Up to two children under 6 years old can stay free of charge when sharing a bed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 6 days or more before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations within 5 days of arrival are non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding.
